Suburb Services is a Sydney based team helping homeowners keep their properties clean, tidy, and well maintained.
We offer gardening, pressure washing, soft washing, and window cleaning — focusing on the parts of your home that get used the most and noticed first. From overgrown lawns to dirty driveways and streaky windows, we take care of the jobs that make a real difference day to day.
We started Suburb Services with a simple idea: to make it easier for people across the North Shore to look after their homes without the hassle. No overcomplicated process — just reliable, quality work done properly across Chatswood, Mosman, Artarmon, Ryde, and the surrounding suburbs.
Suburb Services started with two mates who wanted to build something of their own — something practical, local, and done right. What began as an idea has quickly turned into a hands-on service built around helping people in our community keep their homes and neighbourhoods looking their best.

Yes — Suburb is fully insured with up to $20 million in public liability, so you can feel confident having us on your property.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?
We’re based in Sydney and focus mainly on the North Shore and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure, just reach out and we’ll let you know.
WHAT IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH THE RESULT?
We stand by our work. The moment we finish a job, we check in with you to make sure you’re happy with the result. If something’s not right, let us know and we’ll come back to fix it.
DO WE NEED ACCESS TO YOUR WATER?
Yes — we use your water supply to complete the job, especially for pressure and soft washing. We use water efficiently and only what’s needed to get the job done properly. If there are any concerns, just let us know and we can talk through options.
DO WE REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
For jobs over $500, We require a small deposit 20% to secure your booking. This helps cover time, scheduling, and any materials needed, and ensures both sides are committed to the job. It’s a simple way to keep things organised and fair — with the remaining balance paid once the job is complete.
WILL WE OFFER MORE SERVICES IN THE FUTURE?
Yes — as Suburb grows, we’re always looking to expand what we offer. Our goal is to keep things simple while adding services that genuinely benefit our customers and the local community.
